Insulation Anchoring Nails 30mm-200mm

*Composition:

1.Consists of insulation fastener and drive pin. 

2.Insulation fastener which is made of 100%original raw material has the characteristics of not combustion-supporting; it has the unique design of tooth shape that can efficiently isolate the drive pin and mortar; stop the heat bridge effect. 

3.Adopting the patented step shank design can get the best value of drive 
pin's penetrability and reduce.the destructiveness to the base material; we use high quality steel to manufacture the drive pins which ensure the nail body high strength,high tenacity and fastening much safer and more reliable.

*Applications:

Can be used for concrete, solid brick, hollow brick, benzene board, polyurethane board, plastic light and soft insulation board. It can safely and efficiently replace traditional electric drill drilling installation and gunpowder gun installation.

*Insulation Anchor Features:

1.Insulation fastener made of brand new raw material that is safe and not combustion-Supporting.And insulation drive pin made of high quality steel which can ensure that the quality is reliable. 

2.The diameter of plastic disc is more than 50mm; the effective anchoring depth is from 20mm to 25mm(adjust according to the actually working condition). 

3.The tensile strength of every single anchor is more than 0.30kN(standard value).After testing it as per JG149- 2003, the tensile strength usually can be above 0.8kN. 

4.The heat transfer increasing added value from every single anchor to the system is less than 0.004W1(m2.K) (according to JG149-2003) 

5.The hardness, bending,thickness of zinc coating and firing performance of drive pin are in according with the standard GB/T18981-2008. 

6.Applicable for the installation and fastening of different kinds of insulation board (e.g. EPS board,XPS board,rock wool board,polyurethane sheet, phenolic sheet, foam cement etc.) on base materials with C15-C50.
